Ultimately this is entirely up to you, but we like to work with the best possible materials available. We will use rock maple for all frames, door and drawers; rock maple is an incredibly durable timber and is, without doubt, the best timber for kitchen making. For our carcasses we use oak veneered ply  and for all internal wood work we use solid oak (properly lipped). Having said that, if you want to use other materials and timber, we can do that to. We are completely flexible.

No, we take care of all of that for you. We are a small workshop and each kitchen is precious to us, we like to see it through to the end. In fact we can help you with any trades you need for your project and we can discuss this during our first meeting.

Everything is made at our workshop here in Shropshire. This is something we’re very proud of and our doors are always open to visitors, so please come down and have a look at what we do. We are a workshop dedicated to traditional craftmanship and we’d love to chat to you about it.

We have good relationships with many different manufacturers and we can organise all of the appliances for you. We can make the decisions at the planning stage and then you don’t need to worry about it.

Again, we can organise samples, templating and fitting of your worktops. Anything we can do to make the whole process easier!!

We do have a paint manufacturer that we prefer for spray painting. It’s a water based paint and we can colour match any paint that you might choose. If you want a hand painted finish, then we can use any paint manufacturer you like.
